Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities related to investment transactions. Your responsibilities will include managing the Mutual Fund Distributor's back-office activities, handling documents for investment products like mutual funds, and creating profiles of investors. Additionally, you will be required to punch timely online transactions of investors and ensure data management for portfolios along with daily database maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the back-office activities of the Mutual Fund Distributor - Handle documents for investment products such as mutual funds - Create profiles of investors - Punch timely online transactions of investors - Ensure data management for portfolios and daily database maintenance Qualifications Required: - Quick in learning new systems - Knowledge of the basics of financial investments - 2 years of experience in operations Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and a quarterly bonus. The work schedule is a day shift with a fixed schedule. The work location is in person.,
