Atos Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations professional from the real estate industry to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across sales, marketing, and site teams.
• Track project timelines and ensure smooth execution within defined schedules.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants for efficient project delivery.
• Handle all documentation related to client bookings, agreements, and operations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Support management in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Supervise site-level functions ensuring compliance with safety and quality norms.
• Streamline procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
• Coordinate post-sales activities and ensure superior customer experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Operations (Residential/Commercial).
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Understanding of real estate documentation and regulatory requirements.
As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience.
