Job Summary:

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, dividend payouts, and systematic investment plans (SIPs).

• Verify and reconcile transaction details with fund houses and internal systems to ensure accuracy.

• Handle KYC documentation checks

  and ensure all investor records are up to date and compliant.

• Support periodic financial reconciliations and error investigation activities.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients (if required) to provide backend support.

Qualification

• Any graduation degree but good understanding of mutual funds is required.

• 1–6 years of experience in mutual fund operations, financial services operations, or similar backend role.

• Good understanding of mutual fund products

  , investment cycles, and industry regulations (especially SEBI).
• Strong knowledge of transaction processing, KYC norms, account reconciliation, and reporting.

• Proficient in MS Excel

  and financial software systems (e.g., CAMS, MF Utility, etc.).

Full-time at Sector 3 Noida
