Key Responsibilities:
· Track client payments as per agreed schedules and follow up regularly for timely collection
· Maintain accurate payment records and coordinate with accounts
· Manage and update CRM for enquiries, follow-ups, and project status
· Prepare and maintain contracts/agreements between clients, contractors, and vendors
· Ensure timely signing and compliance of all agreements
· Prepare quotations, work orders, and basic official documentation
· Coordinate between architects, site teams, vendors, and management
· Ensure smooth workflow, task follow-ups, and timely execution
· Maintain organized project and client records
Requirements & Skills:
· Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
· Experience in payments, CRM handling, and documentation
· Good organizational and follow-up skills
· Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
