Operations Executive

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Certification

• Coordinate and manage

  DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) and IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance)

  training and certification for CSPs.
• Maintain updated training schedules, records, and certification status of CSPs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking guidelines.

2. CSP Agreement Management

• Draft, review, and process CSP agreements as per bank and company requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, record-keeping, and agreement renewals.
• Liaise with CSPs and banks for agreement-related queries.

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain

  MIS reports

  on training, certification, agreements, and CSP performance.
• Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with management and relevant stakeholders.
• Track pending agreements, training completion, and compliance gaps.

4. Coordination & Support

• Act as a point of contact for CSPs regarding training, certification, and agreements.
• Coordinate with banks, training institutes, and internal teams for smooth execution of processes.
• Provide operational support to ensure CSPs are compliant and transaction-ready.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Business/Finance).
• Knowledge of

  IIBF & DRA certifications, CSP operations, and banking compliance.

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel & MIS reporting.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle documentation and process-driven tasks with accuracy.
