Role Objective:

To oversee and support field-level security operations across multiple sites, ensuring effective manpower deployment, compliance with standards, and timely resolution of operational issues to deliver consistent service excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations Management:

• Supervise daily deployment and performance of on-ground security personnel.
• Ensure manpower availability, shift coverage, and replacements across all client sites.

Site Monitoring & Audits:

• Conduct routine site visits to review attendance, discipline, grooming, and SOP compliance.
• Address on-site challenges and document any incidents or deviations.

Client Coordination & Resolution:

• Handle client queries, complaints, and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate corrective actions and ensure service recovery when needed.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new guards as per operational requirements.
• Ensure induction and briefing on company standards and site-specific instructions.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain records of duty rosters, attendance, incident reports, and deployment sheets.
• Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management for review.

Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and INDIA labor laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Sales departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Management, or a related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in operations within the INDIA security services sector.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership, supervision, and field management skills.
• Knowledge of manpower planning and shift management best practices.
• Familiarity with INDIA labor laws and security compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and regional languages.
