Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of daily mutual fund operational tasks while also possessing the aptitude and drive to engage in semi-sales activities, such as client follow-up, cross-selling, and relationship management. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of operational precision and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
A. Mutual Fund Operations (Core Function)
* Process and verify all mutual fund transactions (e.g., subscriptions, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP registration).
* Ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades and reconcile client holdings.
* Maintain and update client records, ensuring KYC compliance and data integrity.
* Handle operational queries from clients, distributors, and internal teams, providing timely resolutions.
* Generate operational reports and assist in internal audits as required.
* Stay updated with all regulatory changes and internal policies affecting mutual fund operations.
B. Semi-Sales & Client Support
* Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing product-related inquiries and basic investment needs.
* Assist the sales team by performing follow-up calls to prospective or existing clients regarding documentation and pending investments.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling suitable mutual fund products based on client profiles and operational interactions.
* Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients and collection of necessary sales documentation.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to enhance retention.
Qualifications and Skills
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in mutual fund operations, financial services, or back-office roles is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background may be considered.
* Knowledge: Solid understanding of mutual fund products, regulatory framework (SEBI), and operational procedures. NISM certification (e.g., NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
