Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills : Network Security Operations Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Ensure adherence to operational requirements Implement best practices for service delivery Conduct regular performance evaluations Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations Strong understanding of network security protocols Experience with network monitoring tools Knowledge of incident response procedures Familiarity with firewall configurations Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
