You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently. Contribute to key decisions by engaging with multiple teams. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Ensure adherence to operational requirements and service agreement. Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the operations. Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online. Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation processes. Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services. Knowledge of operational requirements and service agreement. Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. This position is based at our Noida office. A 15 years full time education is required.
