Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and meeting the established service levels. Your role will also include documenting processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
