Operations Development Manager

You will be joining Lexitas Global Shared Services (GSS) in Chennai, India as the India Offshore Service Delivery Manager/Director. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage offshore service delivery operations. This involves developing and executing strategies for transitioning onshore and BPO scopes to Lexitas India, delivering high-quality Operations Support Services to US Operations, and ensuring alignment with global standards, client expectations, and operational SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the offshore service delivery operations - Oversee hiring and training processes - Ensure support coverage and operational excellence - Drive consistent service delivery and adherence to best practices - Coordinate with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication between US and India leadership - Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvement - Ensure compliance and maintain documentation standards Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in operations or related field - 8+ years of off-shore service delivery experience with managerial responsibilities - Experience working with global teams and understanding off-shore/on-shore frameworks - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Proficiency with Project Management Tools - Preferred qualifications include experience in managing transitions of support services, familiarity with US and India culture, and managing teams in support of US client environments and time zones Lexitas, the company you will be working for, offers a variety of services including local and national court reporting, medical record retrieval, process service, registered agent services, and legal talent outsourcing.
