What you’ll be doing

Here’s the thing, this role is basically the bridge between “We’ve onboarded the student” and “The family actually loves us.” You’ll make sure the student’s journey feels smooth, personal, and honestly — better than what any other ed-tech tries to pull off.

Your day-to-day will look something like this:

  • Get to know parents and students like you’re their academic concierge.
  • Understand every student’s goals, strengths, and learning style, and help build their action plan.
  • Coordinate with trainers to make sure sessions are on track, quality stays high, and schedules don’t fall apart like Jenga.
  • Constantly check in with parents, give updates, and handle concerns before they turn into rants.
  • Track progress, spot issues early, and make sure students actually improve — not just attend classes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and trainer teams so the student’s entire journey stays aligned.
  • Keep records neat, clean, and useful. No one likes messy data.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone who genuinely likes talking to people and isn’t exhausted by it.
  • You should be organised enough to manage multiple students without mixing up who hates math and who hates homework.
  • A problem-solver who doesn’t panic when a parent calls saying, “urgent.”
  • Comfortable with tech — we use a bunch of tools to keep things moving.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing, slightly chaotic, very ambitious environment.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in customer success, counselling, education, or anything that involves handling humans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
