We are seeking a highly driven and organized Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of our clinic and office operations in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to the companys overall profitability.

This role demands excellent communication, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Description :

Act as a key liaison between doctors, and patients and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication.

Oversee and manage the daily operations and patient conversion rates to ensure efficient optimal experience of services.

Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies and meet organizational goals.

Regularly monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or similar).

Previous experience in operations management or a similar role within the healthcare or service industry is preferred.

Strong financial acumen with experience handling P&L responsibilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure environments.

Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and MS Office tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
