Job Description

The Project Coordinator will monitor all client projects, collect pending documents, coordinate with teams, and ensure certificates and compliance work are completed on time. This role requires strong follow-up, organisation, and communication skills. Track every deliverableCertificate issue dates Client-specific deadlines Document pending list Team task progress Follow-up required They must keep a Master Tracker updated daily. 2. Client communicationAsk clients for missing documents Confirm timelines Share expected delivery dates Handle reminders & updates This ensures clients always feel informed. 3. Coordinate with internal teamsPush teams for timelines Break larger tasks into smaller tasks Check progress daily Ensure work is not stuck anywhere 4. Escalation ManagementIf a team or client delays: Raise alerts to you Prevent last-minute crisis Avoid client dissatisfaction 5. Documentation UpdatingSave customer documents Update project folders Maintain version control Record communication trails 6. Delivery & Closure Ensure certificate is issued on or before date Send to client Get acknowledgment Close the loop
