Operations & Coordination Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, reports, and schedules using Excel
  • Prepare and manage structured data
  • Assist in compiling operational reports and process documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on assigned internal tasks
  • Contribute to workflow efficiency through proactive support and organization

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
