Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in managing operations preferably in Sales, Delivery and Pre-Sales function, project management will be a plus
  • Operations consultant will be the primary point of contact for the team and will work closely with team lead and other function leads
  • Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Help the organizations processes remain legally and regulatory compliant
  • Examine financial data and using analytical skills leverage them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
  • Should manage and coordinate in Recruit, train and supervising staff
  • Should be abreast with latest Capgemini tools/processes with an appetite of constant learning/upskilling
  • Will ensure timely and successful delivery of reports/dashboards
  • Creating, owning and amending key documents such as budget plans, weekly/monthly reports overview packs, org charts, stakeholder maps etc
  • Ad-hoc support for any additional activities
  • Tracking key actions and providing support to the team Lead
  • Strategy and planning – support formulation of strategy for driving various initiatives for the business growth
  • Support Annual budgeting process, including the facilitation of team meetings for planning
  • Check report accuracy for all operations reporting prior to circulation and modify/ redesign reports according to BU/SBU requirements and business priorities

Required Skills

  • Prior experience in sales/ financial reporting with strong operations background
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have excellent Excel capabilities, problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Strong business acumen and experience of providing key account KPI’s to support the business
  • Has experience of working with various tools to support the processes
