Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to identify areas for communication improvement and key focus points.
• Design and develop training modules to enhance written and verbal communication.
• Create role-playing scenarios, case studies, and hands-on exercises for practical learning.
• Lead group training sessions, workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching.
• Conduct training for both new hires and existing employees to improve communication skills.
• Track and monitor employees progress during training.
• Work with managers to address communication gaps or challenges.
• Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BSC Nursing/ GNM ( with good communication).
• Strong understanding of US communication styles and cultural nuances

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations training, process improvement, or communication-focused roles.
• Experience in training nurses, customer service, or call center training is a plus.
• Experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability to different learning styles and preferences.
• Strong proficiency in English.

Work Schedule:

• Working Days:

  4 days a week

• Shift Timings:

  12-hour shifts, rotational (Day and Night)

• Total Working Days per Month:

  17 days

• Leave:

  13 days of leave per month

Who Can Apply:

• Nurses (BSc Nursing or GNM) with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Non-clinical professionals with experience in communication or training can also apply.
