Operations Co-ordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will have a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, handling queries and escalations efficiently, maintaining accurate records, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with colleagues from various departments. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an Operations Coordinator or Customer Support Executive. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role. You should be proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
