Job Title: Operations Client Partner (Level 4)

About the Role

Operations Client Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the operational point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Resolve client queries related to database services, product coding, and data quality.
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Lead and support operational projects and process improvements.
  • Maintain service standards and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in data operations or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Epics, Brandbank, eClipse, and Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
