Operations Backend Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in backend operations, application processing, and strong communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates from the banking, BPO, financial, or travel sector backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end backend operations tasks efficiently and accurately
• Manage application processing, data entry, and documentation
• Coordinate and process visa applications and related documentation
• Draft and respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in systems
• Support internal departments with backend administrative work
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in backend operations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in email writing and correspondence
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach
• Experience with application and visa processing preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates with experience in Banking, BPO (backend), Financial Institutions, or Travel Agencies
• Residing in or willing to work in South Delhi / East Delhi.
