As an Operations Automation Senior Associate in Wealth Management Operations, you will be part of the team responsible changing the way we do business through the implementation of intelligent automation solutions. Conduct independent intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of automation to support the Operations function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to support process automation engagements.
  • Implement operational automation strategies with intelligence tools.
  • Utilize automation solutions to enhance capacity and reduce risks.
  • Support development of the Data Analytics framework.
  • Coach and mentor team members on automation tools.
  • Identify and collaborate on OKRs and KPIs for automation benefits.
  • Ensure timely communication with business partners and management.
  • Ensure compliance with Intelligent Solutions standards.
  • Develop infrastructure for low-code automation capabilities.
  • Train new team members in using automation toolsets.
  • Deliver training curriculum on workflow automation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in data analysis and risk assessment.
  • Apply knowledge of Unqork, Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively.
  • Possess sound knowledge of automation applications and programming.
  • Use analytical skills to navigate unstructured situations.
  • Collaborate consistently across all business levels.
  • Deliver projects across multiple streams with varying complexities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelors or higher degree.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in business analysis and development.
  • Understand technological development methodologies.
  • Communicate complex concepts to senior audiences confidently.
  • Lead projects successfully regardless of approach.
  • Articulate technical concepts with clarity.
  • Think structurally and communicate effectively.
