Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations across our learning centre. This role ensures smooth academic functioning, effective logistics coordination, and an excellent student experience. The candidate should be organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily centre operations, manage records, internal coordination, and student admission processes.
• Handle hostel management including room allocation, maintenance, and addressing student concerns.
• Coordinate student/staff transportation—route planning, vendor management, and grievance resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for student grievances and maintain a structured resolution system.
• Support academic operations: class scheduling, study material distribution, and CRM/LMS updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Academic teams for operational efficiency.
• Assist in planning examinations, academic events, and tutor coordination.
• Maintain reports on attendance, performance, and operational metrics; ensure SOP and compliance adherence.

Candidate Profile:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license
• 0–2 years of experience in operations or administration (experience in EdTech is a plus)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Kannada and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
