Curriculum Associate As the Curriculum Associate at Indigo Research you will play a key role in the development of world-class content across Indigo remote and in-person programs to help students achieve strong research outcomes. Indigo Research is dedicated to transforming the education landscape by pairing high school students with research mentors to complete and publish research projects. We aim to deliver transformative educational experiences and cultivate the next generation of scholars. Role Overview The Curriculum Associate will help ensure the effective development and delivery of stellar content for 1:1 and group mentorship programs, including materials, training, troubleshooting, and data analysis. The role requires curriculum development and remote learning experience as Indigo continues to grow its programs across the globe, working with diverse student and mentor needs across disciplines. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development Develop exceptional content for existing and new programs, creating pedagogical materials (e.g. PowerPoints, assignments, etc.) and improving student outcomes. Write and refine curriculum as directed by Indigo Leadership, establishing learning objectives, lesson plans, evaluation metrics, etc. Shepherd mentors through the curriculum development process, from onboarding to progress tracking to post-program evaluation. Leverage technology effectively to advance student engagement, learning, and skill development. Program Implementation Assist Operations team to run remote and in-person programs, serving as a curriculum expert and collaborating with mentors and staff as needed. Provide curriculum expertise to successfully implement IRIS cohorts, being the point of contact for all curriculum-related tasks and responding to mentor inquiries. Oversee Writing Center Fellows (IRIS) and Publication Support Office Hours (1:1 Programs), ensuring the highest quality sessions to facilitate publication-ready research papers. Program Coordination Liaise with Indigo’s journal partners (IJHSR, Convergence), not limited to submission and review processes, communications, and data tracking Create, organize and deliver digital and physical resources for Indigo mentors, students, and staff. Provide training as needed for mentors, students, and staff. Collaborate with IT and other departments to review technical features and recommend updates for continuous improvement. Track and analyze data, ensuring the continued excellence of Indigo program content, refining curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Operations Associate Gurgaon 2 years INR 3.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Part Time

Responsibilities: Mentor Management & Recruitment (50%) Create, provide training, and support inquiries for Operations standard operating procedures. Oversee escalations, including devising systems to support tracking, analyzing performance, interventions, and ways to lower or eliminate escalations as a whole. Organise and conduct regular quality review meetings with mentors to discuss performance, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Track and analyze data, ensuring the continued excellence of Indigo mentors, refining systems and procedures to ensure their effectiveness. Program Coordination (10%) Create efficient student processes for Indigo’s Academic Conference (2x/year), to help students gain college credit for their work. IRIS program: Ensure the smooth flow of data and communication between mentors, staff and students/families, including rosters, assignments, etc. Assist new Indigo programs to promote sustainable growth and exceptional quality of service delivery, including support of applications, ed tech (e.g. Canvas, Launchpad), registration, evaluation. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of office environment experience. Specific exposure to operations and recruitment is a strong plus. Technical expertise, including SQL (Metabase, Google Analytics, etc.), Canvas (or other LMS), coding. The Student Success Manager (SSM) is critical to our mission, as they are responsible for the successful student experience. The key focus of a SSM is to oversee the student's progress and experience at Indigo and to communicate effectively to maintain trust and strong collaboration, helping students effectively manage different priorities and tasks to stay on the agreed schedule and achieve desired goals. SSMs are highly organized and skilled employees in project management who understand the needs of different stakeholders and keep the internal team on track to achieve desired student outcomes. They display business acumen and safeguard the students’ and Indigo’s investment throughout the student journey. Key Responsibilities Customer relationship management Ensure stellar experiences for all students, including VIPs, high potential students, and those referred to us by partnership organizations. Continuously audit student progress and identify any roadblocks or areas of improvement and resolve them in a timely manner. Proactively communicate with students, parents and team members to check in, update on progress, and support students to stay on schedule with milestones and ensure client satisfaction. Engage in conflict resolution to mitigate and eliminate complaints. Contribute to the company’s revenue by proactively retaining clients, facilitating additional purchase of services (upsells) or referrals from current clients.
