Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business activities, improving operational processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring operational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate daily operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Team Supervision & Coordination:
Support the Operations Manager in leading and training staff members.
Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure team productivity.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Process & Performance Optimization:
Track performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Logistics) to streamline operations.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by optimizing service quality.
Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain workplace safety and operational protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in operational software and data analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
