🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflows

일상적인 운영 업무 지원 및 원활한 워크플로우 보장

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute business processes

다양한 부서와 협업하여 비즈니스 프로세스 실행

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

정확한 기록, 보고서 및 문서 관리

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies

KPI 및 운영 지표 모니터링을 통해 비효율성 파악

Assist in process improvements and standardization projects

프로세스 개선 및 표준화 프로젝트 지원

Provide administrative and operational support to managers

관리자에게 행정 및 운영 지원 제공

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field

경영학, 운영학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or related roles

운영, 행정 또는 관련 직무 경력 1–3년

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

뛰어난 조직력 및 멀티태스킹 능력

Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools (e.g., ERP, CRM)

MS Office 및 ERP, CRM 등의 운영 툴 활용 능력

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 팀워크 능력

Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred

한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
