Operations and Sales Executive

Ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum 1 year of work experience. Engage with clients daily through phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring clear and timely communication. Drive client engagement, build lasting relationships, and support sales growth through proactive communication and operational excellence. Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact, proactively addressing needs and concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues. Manage daily operations and oversee the smooth execution of tasks across multiple departments. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions. Contribute to the development and implementation of systems, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support marketing initiatives by creating content for social media using Canva, including text, graphic, and video creatives.
