An ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree in liberal arts or is currently pursuing the degree.

Mentors should have experience in writing and strong communication skills.

Create an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages student participation and fosters learning.
Demonstrate a deep commitment to mentoring, with a focus on nurturing and developing the skills of young students.
