Description
Position: OPERATIONS AND QA MANAGER Description: Quality Assurance & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality guidelines. Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Process Improvement & Performance Management: Lead root cause analysis and risk assessment activities to prevent quality failures. Implement best practices and industry benchmarks to enhance product/service quality. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with production, operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless quality assurance processes. Serve as the point of contact for quality-related issues, audits, and customer inquiries. Prepare and present reports on quality performance, trends, and improvement plans to senior management. MUST HAVE: Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and process improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience: 5-8 years Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in food tech, Food sciences, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
