Operations And Maintenance Suport

Job Description: We are looking for an O&M Support staff member to assist with regular cleaning and basic maintenance of solar panels at our project sites in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring panels are clean, free from dust and debris, and functioning at optimum efficiency. Key Responsibilities:  Perform routine cleaning of solar panels as per schedule.  Assist in basic visual inspections of solar modules and structures.  Follow all safety protocols and site procedures during cleaning activities.  Coordinate with the O&M team for reporting any damages, defects, or performance issues observed.  Maintain records of cleaning activities and site visits. Requirements:  0–1 year of experience in solar operations & maintenance or similar fieldwork.  Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments.  Basic understanding of safety practices while working at height or near electrical equipment.  Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.  Willing to travel locally to different sites in Jaipur as required.
