Operations and Maintenance Manager- Solar

We are looking for a Sr. Executive – O&M (Solar) to manage the efficient operation and maintenance of a ground-mounted solar power plant near Surat, ensuring maximum generation, uptime, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day O&M activities of the solar power plant
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Monitor plant performance ratio and generation efficiency
• Lead O&M teams and coordinate maintenance activities
• Handle electrical, maintenance, and inventory-related tasks

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or related field
• 5+ years experience in Solar O&M (ground-mounted projects)
• Strong knowledge of solar plant electrical & maintenance systems
• Leadership, problem-solving & coordination skills
