Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and incident management for sales tools, OMS, and Premier Page platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and support teams to ensure minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Educate users and offer proactive support for recurring or known issues.
  • Work flexible hours, including evening or night shifts, to support global operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support or sales operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Dell tools related to customer care, order processing, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dell Premier ecosystem and sales processes.
  • Experience with order-to-cash (OTC) workflows.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote).
