Key Responsibilities

• Analyze CVs, JDs, screener transcripts, and client feedback to identify mismatches and areas of improvement.
• Track actual interview questions and assess how well our screening prepared the candidate.
• Recommend changes to job descriptions, questionnaires, and screener processes.
• Audit lead inflow quality from job boards, vendors, and referrals.
• Maintain hiring trackers, log data accurately, and report key metrics.
• Run root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

Must-Have Skills

• Analytical mindset with strong pattern recognition.
• High attention to detail when reviewing documents and feedback.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion.
• Comfort with repetitive, structured tasks without dropping quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
