Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, your primary responsibility will be to complete day-to-day activities with accuracy and timeliness according to established standards. You will need to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and maintain quality processing as per SLAs. It will be your duty to respond to queries and escalations related to routine activities within pre-specified time frames. In the absence of your Peers, you will be expected to act as a backup and share best practices with the team. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily reconciliation of securities and cash between internal records and custodian books, handling daily uploads of feeds, investigating margin and tax-related differences, researching and booking dummy forexes, and managing cash reconciliation between Aladdin and custodian feeds. You will also be responsible for identifying and assigning cash/position breaks for further investigation, supporting internal projects, responding to queries, and ensuring strict adherence to process guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have experience in cash and position reconciliation, knowledge of trade life cycle and financial products, and familiarity with reconciliation tools like SSR/TLM/SCD/Aladdin. Attention to detail, self-starting ability, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and willingness to work night shifts are essential. We are looking for graduates with good academic records, and certifications in securities like NCFM modules are preferred but not compulsory.
