As a Middle Management professional in the Banking Operations industry, you will be responsible for delivering results and ensuring adherence to the Group Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework within the Business / Support units (BU/SU). Your key responsibilities will include: - Facilitating the implementation and monitoring of ORM Framework to identify, assess, mitigate, measure, monitor, and report key operational risks - Maintaining relationships with UORMs of the BU/SU and escalating operational risk and control issues to RMG and line management - Contributing to department initiatives for improving operational risk management using Data Analytics - Ensuring satisfactory ratings in audit reviews and compliance with regulatory requirements Your duties and responsibilities will involve: - Providing advice, guidance, and training on operational risk matters to BU/SU - Engaging with UORMs to use operational risk tools and methodologies for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation - Collaborating with partners in control and support functions to address operational risk issues - Managing the ORMS system for risk reporting and analysis - Conducting reviews on operational risk metrics and assessing the effectiveness of mitigants About the company: Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
