Operational Manager- Australian Migration

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operational Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opening.

Key Requirements

• Proven Australian Migration and/or Education Industry Experience – minimum 2 years , with a strong understanding of visa processes, compliance, and client handling.
• IT Knowledge – proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and the ability to adapt quickly to new software and digital tools.
• Quick Learner – demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts, processes, and technologies efficiently.
• Leadership Skills with Evidence – prior experience in leading or mentoring a team, ability to motivate staff, allocate tasks, and achieve branch goals.
• Strong Reporting Skills – proven ability to prepare, analyse, and present operational and performance reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
