Operational Executive(Female) – MD Office

Role Overview:

Operational Executive to support the Managing Director in overseeing and coordinating the operations of all VIBES Beauty & Wellness Clinics across India. This role requires a sharp, detail- oriented professional with a strong business acumen, who is capable of ensuring consistent execution, following up relentlessly, and driving accountability across all clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison between the MD and all clinic locations for operational matters.

- Track daily clinic performance, escalate gaps, and ensure timely corrective actions.

- Coordinate with AHs, Center Heads, and other teams to ensure strategic directives are

implemented without delay.

- Ensure follow-ups are completed diligently and deadlines are met.

- Compile daily and weekly reports for review by MD.

- travel & visit clinics and represent the MD’s office for operational meetings when needed.

- Provide analytical and decision-support inputs to the MD on clinic performance.

- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Educational & Background Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed business school (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).

- Preference for candidates from a business-oriented family background.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business operations, assisting Directors or MDs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
