The Operational BCM Partner, AVP position at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India involves managing Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities to prepare for and recover from operational disruptions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in running calls with senior management, proficiency in Excel for reporting, basic statistical knowledge, project management skills, process optimization abilities, and adaptability are essential.
