️Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Administration (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in OT coordination or surgical support services in a hospital environment preferably with NABH/JCI Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Working knowledge of OT scheduling systems, infection control protocols, compliance and NABH requirements Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily functioning and scheduling of surgeries across different OTs Serve as a communication link between surgical, anesthetic, nursing, and support teams Monitor and manage OT inventory, equipment, and consumables in collaboration with central supply Ensure adherence to sterilization, patient safety, and hospital protocols at all times Maintain documentation, support audits, and contribute to process improvements in the OT complexs Why Join Us: Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art surgical facility Exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties and academic learning environment Dynamic team and scope for career progression in hospital operations
