Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Theater Technician, based in Bengaluru. The chosen candidate will assist in preparing and maintaining the operating room for surgeries and ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use. Responsibilities include assisting surgeons during procedures, managing inventory, maintaining hygienic standards in the operating theater, and working closely with medical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Production and knowledge of Operating Theater equipment
• Familiarity with specific procedures for Lighting in operating theaters
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service in a healthcare setting
• Awareness of Performing Arts or other fields requiring attention to detail and precision under pressure is a plus
• Certificate or diploma in Operation Theater Technology or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams in high-pressure environments
• Basic knowledge of infection control measures and medical terminology
• Previous experience in an operating theater or similar healthcare setting is preferred
