Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, manage project schedules, identify potential risks, and effectively communicate with various cross-functional partners within the organization. These projects may encompass multiple offices, time zones, and even hemispheres, making it essential for you to coordinate all involved parties and ensure that they are informed of progress and deadlines. Your primary duties will include driving manufacturing operational readiness in the factory by leveraging partner resources and implementing efficiency improvements across factories, from the ramp-up phase to end-of-line (EOL) operations. You will be expected to anticipate production and operational risks, work closely with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to address issues related to line bring-ups, qualification, material availability, and quality, and ensure optimal capacity levels based on forecasts and future horizons. Additionally, you will collaborate with OEM partners to meet or exceed performance goals in terms of quality, turnaround time (TAT), and throughput throughout the entire product lifecycle. In this role, you will also lead cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to facilitate production ramp-ups and product transitions. This will involve conducting meetings to communicate plans with various operational and demand planning teams, as well as adapting strategies to align with evolving customer requirements. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, or possess equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics or computer consumer hardware is required, along with expertise in manufacturing, operations, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) management, and Supply Chain Management. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the consumer technology market, working with OEMs and third-party suppliers, and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
