Operation Manager - Housekeeping management

The role involves managing Business Development for the company in Facility Management Services, Housekeeping Services, Contract Staffing Services, Material Supplies, and Machinery Sales and Services while keeping Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Revenue Targets in focus. You will be responsible for tracking the performance of the team, generating new sales leads, and filtering clients for various services based on genuineness, credibility, reputation in the market, credit terms, employee value systems, market standing, turnover, number of employees, among other factors. It is essential to ensure that adequate management fees, commercial terms, and credit terms are negotiated with clients, and legal agreements are signed before the operation begins at the client site or the recruitment process commences. Furthermore, you will be required to secure new clients for all services, engage in CRM activities, and focus on cross-selling with existing clients. Efforts should be made to increase revenue on a month-on-month basis and expand the number of quality clients. This is a Full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with availability for both day and night shifts.
