Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

Delivery Management for Mapping Operations processes.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational benchmarks.
Monitor workflows and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
Identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, leads, and supervisors.
Foster a performance-driven culture through effective goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
Drive engagement initiatives to build a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Quality and Compliance

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high-quality standards in deliverables.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, security protocols, and organizational policies.
Drive corrective actions and preventive measures to address operational challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the point of contact for client and internal stakeholder interactions.
