As an Operation Intern at Fraterniti Foods Pvt Ltd in Gurugram, you will be responsible for various operational tasks to support the company. Your role will involve operations management, project management, investor and customer relationship management, vendor management, and aggregator management on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities - Manage operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks - Assist in project management activities to support operational goals - Build and maintain relationships with investors and customers - Coordinate with vendors for effective management of supplies and services - Collaborate with aggregators for streamlined operations Qualifications - Possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate abilities in project management - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Previous experience in operations management is preferred - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes - Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Knowledge of the food industry would be an advantageous asset Job Description Fraterniti Foods Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing food management firm in India with a hybrid foods model.
