Job Title: Operations Executive – Admissions (Australia Study Visa)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Admissions (Australia Study Visa). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in university admissions processes and a strong understanding of Australia’s study visa requirements. The role primarily involves assessing student applications, shortlisting suitable universities, and managing the entire application submission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess student applications to determine eligibility for Australian universities.
• Provide guidance to respective sales team on university options based on their academic background, English proficiency, and career goals.
• Manage end-to-end university application process, including document verification, application submission, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with the latest admission requirements, policies, and changes in Australian universities and visa guidelines.
• Liaise with universities for application status updates, offer letters, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, correspondence, and student progress in the system.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Australian study visa requirements and admissions criteria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses/universities.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
