🏢 About Us: The Pics Studio is a leading product photography & videography studio based in Delhi. We work with top D2C and e-commerce brands to create stunning visuals that drive sales. We're now hiring an Operations Executive to streamline coordination after a project is confirmed. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Receive products from delivery boys and log details Coordinate shoot schedules with photographers/editors Share sample photos with clients for approval before the full shoot Track edit progress and handle client corrections professionally Share final files to clients (only after sales team approval) Arrange courier pickups and send products back to clients Maintain Google Sheets for project status, storage log, and corrections Ask clients for reviews once projects are completed 🛑 No sales, pricing, or payment handling involved ✅ Skills Required: Strong coordination and follow-up ability Good communication skills (WhatsApp, phone) Basic knowledge of Google Sheets Attention to detail and time management Friendly, respectful, and professional behavior
