Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the backend delivery of immigration services. This role involves documentation, form-filling, compliance with immigration protocols, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete visa and immigration application forms.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents based on country-specific requirements.
• Support internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Maintain client records and application status in CRM systems.
• Prepare checklists, cover letters, and supporting documents for submissions.
• Track timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle sensitive client data with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in backend operations, documentation, administration, or compliance (immigration background preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM/data management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to spot documentation errors.
• Responsible, reliable, and discreet with confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
