Work plan execution plan explain to workers check inventory for essential items
create need to purchase items necessary and inform office purchase
contact vendors for procurement as directed by office purchase
visit site for supervision and record work executed and status report to office
perform day to day tasks as asked for by office team eg. purchase items, deliver to site or factory, deposit, deliver or collect cheque, visit client site as and when asked for, etc.
check material quality at outsourcing vendor before dispatch, follow up with them for timely delivery and record Quality check.
