Job Description

Noah Sports is looking for a dependable and organized Operations Executive to manage end-to-end daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer support across wholesale and online channels. Experience with Zoho Inventory is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Oversee order processing and fulfillment across platforms (Shopify, wholesale orders) Manage daily inventory updates, inward/outward stock movement Coordinate courier pickups, packing, and dispatch Provide timely customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and email Maintain accurate records and support smooth backend operations Collaborate with the accounts and warehouse teams for seamless workflow
