Operation Executive-E Commerce

DUSALA India a Online Storefront engaged in Luxury fashion e-commerce across India & International markets with focus on Shawls, Stoles, Belts, Purses and Jewelry with select clothing is urgently looking for E-Commerce Operations & Website Executive for Delhi and Raipur (Chattisgarh).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To manage our online storefront.
• To ensure that the website runs flawlessly and delivers a smooth customer experience.
• To ensure e-commerce growth across platforms.
• Daily website checks: size, chart, coupon codes, discoutns, WhatsApp integration, product prices.
• Upload and manage new products (images, descriptions, keywords, categories.
• Implement SEO basics: meta, tags, titles, alt text, keywords.
• Support campaign updates: banners, festival offers, collections.
• Track and reportr on website analytics (traffic, bestsellers, drop-offs)
• Assist with marketplace operations (Amazon, Blinkit, Etsy, etc. - listings, updates, inventory sync.)
• Provide weekly reports on site health, customer queries, and improvements.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2-5 years' experience in e-commerce website management.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics/reporting tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
