Liaise with clients, candidates, and verification agencies to ensure timely and accurate information gathering. Analyze and verify the authenticity of the documents and information received. Maintain regular follow-ups and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Ensure adherence to client-specific turnaround time (TAT) and quality benchmarks. Prepare and deliver verification reports with high accuracy and professionalism. Maintain and update verification data in internal systems and dashboards. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines.
